1. These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between the customers (hereinafter: “Customer”) and 8247 Weinbau AG, Gr\u00fcndenstrasse 51b, 8247 (hereinafter: “8247”) regarding the purchase of wines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Deliveries are limited to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. All prices are in Swiss francs (incl. VAT). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Delivery is made in cases of 6 bottles. Mixed cases and \u2013 upon request \u2013 smaller quantities are also possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. For orders of 3 cases or more, shipping costs are covered by 8247. For smaller orders, a flat rate of CHF 12.00 per delivery will be charged. Delivery is generally carried out by our logistics partners, who will notify the Customer in advance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. In the webshop, the Customer can register as a permanent regular customer of 8247 or purchase as a guest. In both cases, the Customer must provide at least their full name, postal address, a telephone number, and an email address. The email address must belong to the Customer and be checked regularly. The Customer warrants that the information provided is complete and correct. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. The most recent vintages of the respective wines are available for purchase. Changes in vintage within an order cannot be ruled out and do not entitle the Customer to cancel the order. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Payment is possible via the online options provided in the webshop or by invoice. Invoices are due for payment within 30 days of receipt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Returns are not possible, with the exception of exchanges for cork-related taints. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
