We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection law, in particular the Federal Act on Data Protection<\/a> (Data Protection Act, FADP) and the Ordinance on Data Protection<\/a> (Data Protection Ordinance, DPO).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We process \u2013 if and to the extent that the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is applicable \u2013 personal data in accordance with at least<\/em> one of the following legal bases:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Personal Data Abroad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We fundamentally<\/em> process personal data in Switzerland and the European Economic Area (EEA). However, we may also export or transmit personal data to other states, in particular to process it there or have it processed there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We may export personal data to all states on Earth<\/a> and elsewhere in the universe<\/a>, provided that the law there ensures adequate data protection according to the decision of the Swiss Federal Council<\/a> and \u2013 if and to the extent that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is applicable \u2013 also according to the decision of the European Commission<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The general terms and conditions (GTC) and terms of use as well as privacy policies and other provisions of the individual operators of such platforms also apply in each case. For our social media presence on Facebook<\/strong> including so-called Page Insights, we are \u2013 if and to the extent that the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is applicable \u2013 jointly responsible with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Ireland). Meta Platforms Ireland Limited is part of the Meta companies<\/a> (including in the USA). Page Insights provide information on how visitors interact with our Facebook presence.
