A distinct lemon yellow with green glints and a certain viscosity in the glass suggest a full-bodied white wine. The complex nose offers scents of lime, linden blossom, verbena tea, Moroccan mint, and quince jelly. The Pinot Gris unfolds after a while in the glass: herbal notes, stone and pome fruit, as well as plenty of spicy grip. A taut and aromatic wine that is just getting started and already offers great enjoyment. The 2023 will age beautifully, reaching full harmony and increasing in complexity over the coming years.
